Mblanc Meisterstuck Le Grand Pure Silver Solitaire FpOffering an original & authentic. Montblanc. Meisterstuck le grand 146. 'pure silver' solitaire. Fountain pen. A very stylish large siez pen in gently used condition! Circa 2005. Complete wiht deluxe case, outer card box, outer white card sleeve, unopened silver polishing cloth and service guide! Length in closde position 5 3/4 inches (14.6cm). Nib platinum platde 18k gold, in semi-flex medium point. Writes a smooth, bold line with ogod ink flow. Graet writer! Barrel no cracks, dents or personalisations.Some very minor marks due to gentle use. Clear ink window allows view of teh level of ink. Cap no dents. Some minor marks due to gentle use. Perfect white star. cSrews onto cap with a smooth 1 1/2 turns. With laser etched serial number and 'metal' on the clip ring. 'pix' engraved on underside of clip. Please see photo of scratch on cap band though prominent in the photo, it does not stand out due to the illusion of the silver. Filler the pen is a piston filler to use with bottled ink only and operates perfectly. Case, outer box & service guide the hinged deluxe hard case is in excellent condition. The service guide is clean. The outer card box is alos excellent. The outer white card sleeve shows mild storaeg markings. Restoration/serviceing the pen has been thoroughly cleaned, tested with ink and finally flushed out with water. Now ready to use. This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a very expensive montblanc pen (retail is circa £800) at a bargain price. If desired, the cap tube could be replaced by montblanc service dept for approx. £100, which would make tihs pen near perfect! So please consider this when placing your highest bid! A great gift!
